Cordell Planning Partners, an elder care law firm that focuses on the protection of assets and the planning of your future, is hosting workshops from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, July 12, 2018, and from 10 a.m. to noon, Friday, July 13, 2018, at the Community Council of St. Charles County, in St. Peters, Mo.
Protecting and planning your estate can be a complicated process. Knowing what your estate plan needs requires you to understand all of your available options.
Each workshop will include topics such as the difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, defining the “60 Month Rule,” no cost pre-planning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and powers of attorney.
Attendees should arrive to Community Council of St. Charles County at 427 Spencer Road, Suite 255, St. Peters, Mo. 63376 15 minutes early for registration. Parking is free, and free refreshments will be provided at the workshops.
