Cordell Planning Partners, an elder care law firm that focuses on the protection of assets and the planning of your future, is hosting workshops from 10 a.m. to noon and from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 24, 2018, at The Heights – Richmond Heights Community Center, in St. Louis, Mo.
Protecting and planning your estate can be a complicated process. Knowing what your estate plan needs requires you to understand all of your available options.
The speakers for the workshop are Senior Partner and Founder, attorney-CPA Joseph E. Cordell and attorney Tammy Repaso. Each workshop will include topics such as the difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, defining the “60 Month Rule,” no cost preplanning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and powers of attorney.
