Cordell Planning Partners, an elder care law firm that focuses on the protection of assets and estates, is hosting a two free workshops in the month of October at the Cordell Planning Partners Chesterfield, Mo. office. One is from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, October 1, and the other is from 1 to 3 p.m., Thursday, October 3.

Each workshop will include topics such as the difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, defining the “60 Month Rule,” no-cost preplanning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and Powers of Attorney.
Attendees should arrive at the first floor meeting room of the Cordell Planning Partners office at 600 Kellwood Parkway, Chesterfield, Mo. 63017, 15 minutes early for registration. Parking is free, and light snacks will be provided at both of the workshops.
