The workshops will include topics such as the differences between revocable and irrevocable trusts, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, defining the “60 Month Rule,” no cost preplanning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and Powers of Attorney.
Attendees should arrive to the Chesterfield office of Cordell Planning Partners at 600 Kellwood Parkway, Chesterfield, Mo. 63017, 15 minutes early for registration. The workshops are in the first floor meeting room. Parking is free, and free refreshments will be provided at each of the workshops.
