Cordell Planning Partners, an elder care law firm that focuses on the protection of assets and estates, is hosting a workshop from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 26, 2018, and from 10 a.m. to noon, Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at the Gamber Community Center in Lee’s Summit, Mo.

Each workshop will include topics such as the difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, defining the “60 Month Rule,” no cost pre-planning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and powers of attorney.
Attendees should arrive at the Gamber Community Center at 4 SE Independence Avenue, Lee’s Summit, Mo. 64063 15 minutes early for registration. Parking is free, and free refreshments will be provided at the workshop.
