
Cordell Planning Partners, an elder care law firm that concentrates on the protection of assets and planning for your future, is hosting workshops from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2018 and 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 19, 2018, at Woodneath Library Center in Kansas City, Mo.

The speakers for both workshops are Senior Partner and Founder, attorney-CPA Joseph E. Cordell and Senior Attorney and Practice Manager Tammy Repaso. Each workshop will include topics such as qualifying for government funds without losing everything, planning for disabled beneficiaries, defining the “60 Month Rule,” the difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts, no cost preplanning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and powers of attorney.
