Cordell Planning Partners, an elder care law firm that focuses on the protection of assets and estates, is hosting two free workshops from 10 a.m. to noon, and from 1 to 3 p.m., both on Monday, April 15, 2019, at the Cordell Planning Partners Chesterfield office in Chesterfield, Mo.

The workshops will include topics such as the differences between revocable and irrevocable trusts, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, defining the “60 Month Rule,” no cost preplanning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and Powers of Attorney.
Attendees should arrive to the Cordell Planning Partners Chesterfield office at 600 Kellwood Parkway, Chesterfield, Mo. 63017, 15 minutes early for registration. Parking is free, and light snacks will be provided at both of the workshops.
