Cordell Planning Partners, an elder care law firm that focuses on the protection of assets and estates, is hosting workshops at 10 to noon, and at 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, April 12, 2018, at the Arnold Recreation Center in Arnold, Mo.

The speakers for the workshop are Senior Partner and Founder, attorney-CPA Joseph E. Cordell and Senior Attorney and Practice Manager Tammy Repaso. Each workshop will include topics such as defining the “60 Month Rule,” no cost preplanning approaches to preserve assets, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, the difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and powers of attorney.
Attendees should arrive to the Arnold Recreation Center at 1695 Missouri State Road, Arnold, Mo. 63010 15 minutes early for registration. Parking is free, and free refreshments will be provided at the workshop.
