The workshop will include topics such as the difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, defining the “60 Month Rule,” no-cost preplanning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and Powers of Attorney.
Attendees should arrive at the Spencer Road Branch of the St. Charles County Library at 427 Spencer Road, St. Peters, Mo. 63376, 15 minutes early for registration. Parking is free, and light snacks will be provided at the workshop.
