Cordell Planning Partners, an elder care law firm that focuses on the protection of assets and estates, is hosting workshops from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, July 25, 2018, and from 10 a.m. to noon, Thursday, July 26, 2018, at the Shiloh Senior Center in Shiloh, Ill.

Each workshop will include topics such as defining the “60 Month Rule,” no cost pre-planning approaches to preserve assets, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, the difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and powers of attorney.
Attendees should arrive to the Shiloh Senior Center at 7 Park Drive, Shiloh, Ill., 62269 15 minutes early for registration. Parking is free, and free refreshments will be provided at the workshops.
