Cordell Planning Partners, an elder care law firm that focuses on the protection of assets and estates, is hosting a complimentary estate planning and elder law workshop from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at the Drury Inn and Suites Kansas City Independence in Blue Springs, Mo.

The workshop will include topics such as the differences between revocable and irrevocable trusts, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, defining the “60 Month Rule,” no cost pre-planning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and Powers of Attorney.
