The speaker for the workshop is Senior Partner and Founder, attorney-CPA Joseph E. Cordell. The workshop will include topics such as the difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, defining the “60 Month Rule,” no cost preplanning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and powers of attorney.
