
Cordell Planning Partners, an elder care law firm that focuses on the protection of assets and the planning of your future, is hosting a workshop from 1 to 3 p.m., Thursday, February 7, 2019, at the First Baptist Church of Edwardsville in Edwardsville, Ill.

The workshop will include topics such as the difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, defining the “60 Month Rule,” no-cost pre-planning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and Powers of Attorney.
Attendees should arrive to First Baptist Church of Edwardsville at 534 St. Louis Street, Edwardsville, Ill. 62025, 15 minutes early for registration. Parking is free, and light snacks will be provided at the workshop.
