The workshop will include topics such as planning for disabled beneficiaries, the difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, defining the “60 Month Rule,” no cost preplanning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and powers of attorney.
