Cordell Planning Partners, an elder care law firm that focuses on the protection of assets and the planning for your future, is hosting a workshop at 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at the West County Assembly of God in Chesterfield, Mo.
Protecting and planning your estate can be a complicated process. Knowing what your estate plan needs requires you to understand all of your available options.
The speakers for the workshop are Senior Partner and Founder, attorney-CPA Joseph E. Cordell and Senior Attorney and Practice Manager Tammy Repaso. Each workshop will include topics such as the difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, defining the “60 Month Rule,” no cost preplanning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and powers of attorney.
Attendees should arrive to the West County Assembly of God at 13431 N. Outer 40 Road, Chesterfield, Mo. 63017 15 minutes early for registration. Parking is free, and free refreshments will be provided at the workshop.
