The workshop will include topics such as the difference between revocable and irrevocable trusts, planning for disabled beneficiaries, qualifying for government funds without losing everything, defining the “60 Month Rule,” no-cost pre-planning approaches to preserve assets, and information on health care proxies, probate, living wills, and Powers of Attorney.
Attendees should arrive to the Cordell Planning Partners Chesterfield office at 600 Kellwood Parkway, Chesterfield, Mo., 15 minutes early for registration. Parking is free, and free refreshments will be provided at the workshop.
